The right ear bud isn’t working and both have been fully charged. What should I do?
We're here to help with your JBL Live Pro 2 TWS. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If you need more help with your unit, please contact our customer support service via our official website or toll-free hotline.

Can you charge these with a lightning charger?
Our JBL Live Pro 2 TWS is a multi-voltage unit that is compatible with 100–240V. Please use a power adapter for this speaker that has 5V and 2.3A of current.

I am wondering what the range for these is? I can’t find specs for that anywhere in the description. I can’t have my phone on me at work but I can listen to music and have been searching for something that will work

Thank you for your question.
I'm very sorry to hear that you've lost a bud from your wife's JBL Live Pro 2 TWS.
Unfortunately it is not possible to buy a bud separately, they are manufactured in pairs,and at present with this being such a new product, there are no Replacement Kits (These contain a pair of buds) available and it does not appear that there will be for quite some time. This means that the only thing I can suggest at present would be to replace the product. I'm sorry I couldn't be of more help for you this time.

Aside from these having better battery life and having a IPX5 rating. What's the difference from the Live Pro+ TWS
Aside from having a improved battery life and IPX rating, our JBL Live Pro 2 uses Oval TubesTM and oval silicon tips for better comfort, noise isolation and enhanced audio quality.
