I believe Dual Connect is the feature, but how would I switch my earbuds for a zoom conference call on my computer and then switch immediately to answer a call on my work iphone?
The Dual Connect feature means that either the left or right earbud can connect to a phone/source device. It doesn't have a multipoint feature where the earbuds can switch from one source to another.

My JBL Live Pro+ TWS are connected via bluetooth to my laptop, but I can't get the sound on the buds. When I try to switch the audio to the buds, they are not in the options. Thank you
In most cases when a Laptop has issues connecting to Bluetooth Headphones, it's caused by your Laptop's Bluetooth driver (software). Always get the latest driver version available for your Laptop. To download the correct driver (software), visit the manufacturer's website of your Laptop. They usually have a "Support/Download" section where you can find the correct driver. Otherwise, we advise you to contact their support.

Do these headphones have wireless charging?
Yes. The charging case of our JBL Live Pro+ TWS supports wireless charging through A Qi-certified wireless charging pad (not included).

Can this earbuds connect to 2 devices simultaneously at the same time?
Our JBL Live Pro+ has Dual Connect+ Sync technology. They can pair with your device when the case is opened, and each earbud connects immediately and independently, allowing you to take calls which either side and assign unique functions to left and right.

Can I use left and right earbud separately? No master/slave as I understand?
Yes. You can use the buds of our JBL Live Pro+ TWS separately. It has Dual Connect that lets you use either earbud or both, anytime.
