my headphones have started making a loud crackling noise that happens even when they are turned off. It's loud enough to be audible when they're not being worn. Is there anything that can be done?

When I try to charge the headphones, the LED blinks red quickly. I left the charger connected overnight, but the headphones did not charge up. I have looked at the suggestions on https://bit.ly/3blwbWY but they didn't help. Any ideas?

I can't register my earphones when I enter the SN. There is only one serial number printed on the white sticker but I get an error message saying enter the correct SN. How this issue can be resolved?

I am having trouble turning the headphones on. Instead of the usual tone a dual beep sounds when i try and turn them on. When charging the red light only stays on for about 15-20 seconds. Please help

Hi there. I have a question about the charge cord. It seems to be a different USB type. I can recharge because it doesn’t seem to fit properly in any USB charge/ connection port. Any help would be appreciated.

just bought mine yesterday, and I'm not sure if i am charging it correctly. should i turn it on first then connect my charger? because i am trying to charge it without turning it on and there's no light indicating it is charging.

Thank you for your question. The headphone will charge while powered off. When charging your Endurance Run BT, a red LED indicator should light up in the opposite side of the charging port. If you don't see the indicator we would recommend that you try a different charger or charging cable.
