Warranty Registration

 

Harman provides its Customers a convenient and easy way to digitally claim warranty on the purchased products. Warranty registration helps us provide You with efficient warranty services and updates regarding your Product. And there is no need for the Customers to retain invoice, bills or warranty cards. Just call our Customer Care Number and share the warranty registration number (sent on Email or WhatsApp) and our team will be happy to service you.

 

Terms & Conditions:

 

By opting to register for Product warranty, you agree to the below Terms and Conditions and Harman Standard Warranty Policy.

 

  1. You acknowledge and agree that Harman Standard Warranty shall be applicable for all Product warranty claims.
  2. You declare and agree that you have the full power and authority to make and enter into product registration process and that you are over 18 years of age and are legally competent to agree to these Terms and Conditions.
  3. Registration of Product will be subject to the following conditions are jointly and severally met:

 

  • The product purchased from authorized retailer of Harman in India only are eligible for registration.
  • The purchased product is genuine and not an imitation or counterfeit
  • The Product must be registered within 10 days from the date of invoice.
  • You must provide accurate and up to date Personal Information (name, email address, address, phone number) and product details (model number, serial number) and purchase date. You must notify any changes to the Personal Information.
  • A valid proof of purchase i.e. invoice must be uploaded for registration process.
  • Registration must be completed through WhatsApp or JBL Website [in.jbl.com]
  • Once the product registration is successful, You shall receive a confirmation notification.

 

  1. You agree to receive the acknowledgement of Product registration through WhatsApp/ SMS.
  2. You agree that, Harman will collect Personal Information from you for registering your product only when you voluntarily provide. The Personal Information collected during registration will be used for providing warranty service and product support. You agree that the Personal Information furnished by you in voluntary and without any influence or force whatsoever.
  3. You hereby to the fullest extent permissible, waive any and all claims that you may have against Harman and its affiliates, directors, officers, agents, consultants or employees arising as a result of or in relation to JBL WhatsApp/ Website or in relation to product registration process.
  4. You agree and acknowledge that any fraud, neglect, deliberate omission, wrongful act or default conducted by you on the WhatsApp/ Website will be subject to legal action as per the applicable laws.
  5. You agree that Harman shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the failure to register the product due to the server problem, system error or any other software error that may occur during the process of registration or otherwise.
  6. These Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India and disputes that may arise hereof submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore
  7. Harman or its Authorized Service representatives reserve the right to reject any warranty claim if the product is not registered as per the above-mentioned process.
  8. Harman or its authorized service representatives have the right to request valid proof of purchase if any discrepancies are found in the uploaded invoice, or if it does not comply with the registration process.
