PAYTM CASHBACK OFFER
This offer is sponsored and offered by Harman International India Private Limited (”Harman”) and is being made available to you by RewardPort Corporate Solutions Pvt Ltd. (“Reward Port”).
First 2000 Customers who buy any JBL brand Products worth Rs. 3,499 or above (“Selected Products”) will get assured Paytm Cashback of Rs.399 (“Offer”). The Cash back will be given in the form of Paytm cash debited directly to the Customer’s Paytm wallet. Whenever applicable, TDS will be deducted from the Cash back value disbursed in Customer’s Paytm wallet.
The offer shall remain valid for purchases made between 11st November 2020 to 30th November 2020 (“Offer Period”).

• Only the first 2000 Customers on first come basis as determined by Harman will be eligible for receiving the Cashback.
PROCESS TO REDEEM
- You will receive an email confirming the eligibility and process to receive the Cash back amount.
- On receipt of the confirmation email, visit the reward port portal: www.jblvipoffer.rewardzpromo.com
- Complete your registration by providing the following details: Customer Name, Contact Number, City Name & E-mail ID. Upload invoice copy. Click on “SUBMIT”
- Customer will receive Cash back in their Paytm wallet (on registered mobile number only) within 48 hours from the time of successful Submission.
• The disbursement of Cash back would be in the form Paytm Cash added to your Paytm Wallet.
• Mobile number registered for Paytm wallet and the Mobile number on the invoice must match. If there is any discrepancy, the Customer will not be entitled to receive the cashback.
• One Customer is eligible for only single cashback against one mobile number
• Customer will receive Cashback value in their Paytm wallet within 48 hours from the time of successful submission.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By proceeding with availing this Offer, the Customer agrees to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. By registering to offer, the Customer warrants that (i) he/she has read understood and agree to the Terms and Conditions (ii) accuracy, truthfulness & currency of all information that he/she has submitted.
- The Offer is provided at the sole discretion of Harman. Harman reserves the right at any time, without prior notice, to add or vary all or any of these terms and conditions replace, wholly or in part this offer or to withdraw it completely.
- Products are available without this Offer also. This offer is exclusively available on in.jbl.com only.
- This offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis. This offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer
- The Cashback will be awarded to the first 2000 Customers on a “first come first serve basis” i.e. in the order in which the transactions were carried out.
- The participation of Customer in the Offer would automatically revoke any refund, return or cancellation policy available on any Product. This would not affect the right to claim a replacement or repair of any such Product which is found to be defective.
- The Customer must mandatorily have his her/ her own Paytm account & KYC done in order to get cashback in Paytm wallet.
- Any Customer who manipulates the Offer in any manner shall be liable for disqualification at the sole discretion of Harman. In such event, Harman shall not be liable to consider even a valid registration by the Customer thereafter.
- This Offer has no monetary value, is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
- The Customer hereby agrees and undertakes to hold harmless and indemnify Harman and/or any of its affiliates, their respective directors, officers employees, agents, vendors, for or liable for any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges, and expenses, either direct or remote that they may/might have suffered, sustained or incurred, or claim to suffer, sustain or incur, by way of and/or on account of any act or omission of the Customer.
- Harman will not be responsible for any problem or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to the Customers or any other person's mobile handset or computer, related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this Offer.
- Harman, Reward port and their clients, agents and distributors accept no responsibility, financial or otherwise for the misuse of Offer and are not liable for any personal loss or injury and cannot be held responsible for any disagreement concerning quality/ availability of featured prize items.
- The Offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law, and is subject to all applicable/mandatory national, state and local laws.
- All obligations relating to conduct of the Offer including ensuring the availability of the cashback shall be the exclusive responsibility of RewardPort. The delivery of the Paytm Cashback value to the Customer is solely the responsibility of RewardPort. Harman is not liable for any delay/ deviation in Paytm Cashback.
- The Offer subject to force majeure circumstances or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Harman.
- In case of any dispute the decision of Harman shall be final and binding on all the parties. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore only.
