Additional Warranty Program – Terms & Conditions

Important: Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By registering for Additional Warranty and/or claiming the Additional Warranty, the Customer warrants that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Additional Warranty Program: Harman International India Private Limited (“Harman”) is sponsoring this Additional Warranty Program whereunder Harman provides an additional warranty of 1 (one) year (over & above the Standard Warranty) from the date of purchase (“Additional Warranty”) of Select Products during the Additional Warranty Period. 

Additional Warranty Period: The Additional Warranty will apply on purchases made on or after 1^st January 2023 and shall remain valid till 31^st December 2023.

Select Products: Below is the list of Select Products for which the Additional Warranty will apply:

Standard Warranty T&C:

All terms and conditions of Harman Standard Warranty policy shall apply for the purchase of Select Products, i.e. Additional Terms and Conditions for Select Products are in addition to Harman Standard Warranty Terms and Conditions. • Additional Warranty is non-transferable and is extended only to the original end-use purchaser or the person receiving the Select Product as a gift from the original purchaser.
• Select Products purchased during the Additional Warranty Period only will be eligible for this Additional Warranty program.
• Any extension of this program will be at the sole discretion of Harman.
• The Standard Warranty and Additional Warranty will expire 2 (two) years from the date of purchase, even if the product may not be in use for any time during the warranty period for any reason whatsoever including any technical breakdowns, and the time taken for such repairs/ replacement of parts and transit, whether under this warranty or otherwise, shall not be excluded from the warranty period.
• These Additional Warranty Terms and Conditions for Select Products are in addition to Harman Standard Warranty Terms and Conditions. Where there is any conflict between these Additional Warranty Terms and conditions and the Standard Warranty Terms and Conditions, these Additional Warranty Terms and conditions shall prevail.
• In case of any dispute, the decision of Harman shall be final and binding on all the parties. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore only.
